CORE Strategies is a physical therapist owned and operated practice. We utilize an active approach that combines a thorough assessment, manual therapy techniques, diagnosis-specific exercise, patient education, and prevention strategies to restore optimum physical performance. We identify all sources of the patient's pain to eliminate any contributing factors that provoke or are perpetuating the problem to achieve lasting symptom relief and patient independence with self-management strategies.
